INGREDIENTS
MEATLOAF:
2 Lbs Ground Beef
2 Large Eggs
½ cups plain Breadcrumbs
¼ cup Beef Stock or Broth
4 Tablespoons Haboob Dust Ry’s Red Rock Rub
SAUCE:
4 tablespoons Ketchup
4 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
2 Teaspoons Dried Mustard
1 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
In a large bowl mix all 5 meatloaf ingredients. Grease 9 x 5 x 4 loaf pan.
Put meat loaf into 9 x 5 x 4 loaf pan.
Make topping by mixing all 4 ingredients together in small bowl. Pour half of the topping onto the meat in the loaf pan. Retain rest of topping. Bake meatloaf for 1 hour, 10 minutes. Add more topping and bake another 10-15 minutes.

1 LB Chicken Wings, tips removed
3 – 4 tablespoons Haboob Dust Coffee Rub
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat Oven to 400 degrees F.
Line baking sheet with foil. In large bowl toss wings and Haboob Dust Coffee Rub until completely coated. Add more for a more intense flavor. Place wings in single layer on lined baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes. An alternative flavor would be to substitute the Haboob Dust Ry’s Red Rock Rub for the Haboob Dust Coffee Rub. Also very popular with our family, friends and customers.

INGREDIENTS
2 lbs Baby Carrots
4 Tablespoons Haboob Dust Verde Blend Hot
3 Tablespoons Olive Oil
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 425 F.
Lightly coat casserole dish with Olive Oil.
Mix Carrots, Olive Oil and Haboob Dust Verde Blend Hot. Bake for 30 – 35 minutes. Check tenderness with fork.

INGREDIENTS
Refrigerated Crescent Roll package
2 Tablespoons Haboob Dust Verde Blend
2 Tablespoon softened Butter
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat Oven to 400 degrees F.
In small bowl mix the softened butter and Haboob Dust Verde Blend. Roll out crescent rolls from package. Using a knife spread the butter/spice mixture on the dough. Separate the crescent rolls pieces along perforations and roll up per package instructions.Place rolls on baking sheet. Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
Serving Size: 8 rolls
We have done these with the Haboob Dust Ry’s Red Rock Rub in place of the Haboob Dust Verde Blend also – very tasty!
